-Luca sold 3,478 orders of Burrata in 2010 equal to 700 lbs.

-Luca sold 2,533 Salumi Boards in 2010 equal to 1,222 lbs.

-Luca sold 1,118 T-Bone Steaks in 2010 equal to 1,677 lbs.

-Luca sold 5,201 orders of Pappardelle Bolognese in 2010,

that's 975 lbs. of pasta & 163 gallons of sauce.

 

-Luca sold 4,060 orders of Margherita Pizza in 2010, that's

1,776 lbs. of dough, 96 gallons of sauce & 635 lbs. of
Mozzarella cheese.

 

-Luca sold 4,606 orders of Arugula salad in 2010.

 

-Luca sold 4,633 orders of Soup in 2010, that's equal to 326 gallons
